The centers are situated in Riffa, Hamad Town, A’ali, and Muharraq. By dialing 17989898, customers can also reach the virtual customer support center.

According to Undersecretary for Municipalities Affairs Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the reorganization seeks to boost customer satisfaction, expand access to municipal services, and boost operational effectiveness.

Customers of the Capital Municipality will be able to finish their transactions at any of the four locations beginning on September 1, 2026. On the same day, the Capital Municipality’s current customer care center will cease to accept clients.

According to the undersecretary, the arrangement will facilitate the distribution of clients and requests across the centers and expedite transactions. He continued by saying that clients can finish a significant percentage of transactions and submit inquiries without physically visiting a center thanks to the recently established virtual customer support center.

According to him, the actions help the ministry create a more adaptable and effective municipal service system that combines in-person and online service channels.
