According to Maryam Ali Al Abdulaziz, Chief of Systems Implementation and Information Technology Training at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, the service makes it possible for pertinent parties to quickly verify marital status by scanning a QR code, eliminating the need for in-person attendance and improving user experience.
Through a quick and dependable computerized verification process, the established service seeks to streamline marital status verification processes, expedite access to pertinent information, and save beneficiaries time and effort.
In keeping with efforts to improve the quality and effectiveness of government services and the beneficiary experience through digital transformation, it also improves the speed and accuracy of information interchange and streamlines processes for pertinent authorities and parties.
Over 1,300 government services, including 800 that have undergone development and re-engineering across multiple government sectors, have been documented, translated, and published as part of continuous government efforts to create and re-engineer services.
The nationwide Tawasul system, investor input, and reports from mystery shoppers evaluating government services served as the foundation for these initiatives. Along with helping the government’s digital transformation, the initiatives also included the creation of guidelines and service-level agreements, which led to more effective processes, better service quality, and a better beneficiary experience.
