Manama, May 16 (BNA): Muharraq Club was congratulated on winning the Nasser bin Hamad Premier Football League for the 2025–2026 season by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports.

His Highness confirmed that Muharraq Club’s victory was due to the team’s exceptional and steady performances throughout the season, praising the efforts of the players, technical and administrative staff, and the club’s board of directors, which is led by Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali Al Khalifa. His Highness also praised the supporters’ outstanding support, which inspired the players all season long.
His Highness also praised the outstanding organizational and technical role of the Bahrain Football Association and its working committees, which had a significant impact on the season’s success and its professional conduct, reflecting the development of sports in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Association is chaired by Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
His Highness commended the league’s high technical caliber, stressing that the competition was intense and thrilling all the way to the final rounds, demonstrating Bahraini football’s ongoing development and each club’s dedication to meeting the highest technical standards and producing successful outcomes.
In order to promote Bahraini football‘s ongoing advancement, His Highness expressed optimism that all national clubs will keep up their work and development initiatives.
