Manama, Sep. 7 (BNA): The Bahrain International Airshow’s Supreme Organizing Committee has announced that the eighth edition of the event will now take place from November 15 to 17, 2028, instead of November 18 to 20, 2026, at Sakhir Air Base.

The new dates are meant to make it possible for attendees, exhibitors, delegates, and industry partners to participate from a wider range of countries and improve their capacity to fully utilize the opportunities provided by the airshow, which is well-known for its illustrious international reputation.
The Bahrain International Airshow’s eighth edition is scheduled to take place from November 15–17, 2028, and the Supreme Organizing Committee has stated that it is looking forward to setting up the right conditions to draw large international participation and bolster the aviation community’s presence in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Committee stated, “The preparations for the eighth edition are ongoing, with close collaboration between stakeholders, partners, and the international aerospace community.This effort is enhancing the airshow’s role in fostering partnerships, supporting business and international trade opportunities, and reinforcing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s status as a leading destination for specialized international events.The Kingdom remains committed to welcoming exhibitors, visitors, delegations, and partners to the country during November 2028.”
Since its launch in 2010, the Bahrain International Airshow has grown to become a regular feature on the calendar of international aviation and aerospace events, drawing top aviation and aerospace firms, high-ranking government officials, military and civilian delegations, and industry experts from all over the world.
