Manama, Sep. 6 (BNA): In order to complete the registration process, the departments under the Islamic Endowments Affairs Council advised anyone wishing to register to participate in preaching, guidance, and related activities to obtain a certificate of good conduct through the Kingdom of Bahrain’s national portal, bahrain.bh.
Islamic Endowments Affairs Council departments announce registration process for preaching and guidance activities
It emphasized that after receiving the certificate, candidates can use the e-services on the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments website or the registration service at https://permits.moj.gov.bh to submit their application to the appropriate department at the Islamic Endowments Affairs Council. A current certificate of good conduct is one of the documents that applicants should make sure are attached, along with all other essential information.
It is important to note that Decision (74) of 2026, which amends some of the provisions of Decision (56) of 2011 on regulating licenses for preaching and guidance, mandates that individuals covered by its provisions regularize their status in compliance with the guidelines within a month of its implementation.
