Manama, June 20 (BNA): After construction was finished, Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, visited the Isa Town Commercial Complex project for an inspection.
Isa Town commercial complex to open in fourth quarter of 2026
He described the Isa Town Commercial Complex as one of the ministry’s service projects intended to improve the quality of services offered to citizens and residents and to enhance partnerships with the private sector. He stated that the complex is anticipated to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The minister stated that in order to maximize the utilization of municipal assets and promote commercial activity, the ministry is still developing marketplaces and service facilities in accordance with contemporary norms.
He mentioned that Ramez International Group is developing, running, and investing in the project under a usufruct agreement, with a total investment value of BHD 2.4 million. The 16,765-square-meter facility will have stores selling fresh produce, meat, fish, poultry, and associated goods, along with additional facilities and over 500 parking spots.
The project, which will comprise an integrated e-commerce and order fulfillment center to support home delivery services and improve service efficiency in Isa Town and surrounding areas, is moving along as planned, according to Ramez Mohammed Al Awadhi, Chairman of Ramez International Group.
