Manama, April 14 (BNA): Through its digital channels, such as the National Portal of the Kingdom of Bahrain (bahrain.bh), the MyGov mobile app accessible on the eGovernment Apps Store (bahrain.bh/apps), and other mobile apps and digital platforms, the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) continues to offer more than 900 eServices to citizens and residents. Without having to attend to service centers, customers may easily and conveniently perform their government transactions at any time and from any location thanks to these eServices.

The iGA emphasized that people and residents use these eServices extensively, encompassing all major sectors, such as civil records and ID card services, passport and visa services, healthcare, education, electricity and water services, employment, business services, and many more.
The Authority further mentioned that the Self-Service Center’s self-service eKiosks, which are open around-the-clock, provide eServices. These include transactions pertaining to eKeys, ID card information and update services, and government notification service registration.
According to the iGA, users can schedule a video call appointment on the Authority’s official website (iga.gov.bh) to receive the support they need to complete eServices, especially if they are having technical issues with digital services.
Every day from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., iGA’s customer care centers welcome in-person clients using the standard appointment scheduling processes.
Citizens and residents can contact the Government Services Contact Center at 80008001 for more information or questions about the eServices and channels. They can also use the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) or the Tawasul app to submit suggestions and feedback, and they can follow the most recent updates on its official social media accounts at @igabahrain.
