By lowering the number of necessary steps, the digital services seek to simplify processes and facilitate quicker transaction completion.

Services for managing branches and operations under commercial registrations were included in the development, enabling users to establish new branches and commercial activities or modify those that already existed. To cut down on application processes and speed up transactions, procedures were reorganized and made simpler.

The Ministry’s processing period is still three working days, however the application process for adding a branch, adding an activity, and altering an activity has been shortened to four stages each under the improved services. Additionally, there are now 25% less approvals needed.

Along with the migration of services from Sijilat 3.0 to Sijilat 4.0, the development also featured enhancements to the user interface and experience, streamlined processes, and standardized service information across many channels.
