Manama, March 25 (BNA): The Arabian Gulf University (AGU) has declared that its graduate programs for the 2026–2027 academic year are now accepting applications. Registration will continue through the university’s website until April 2.
AGU announces Graduate Programme admissions for 2026-2027 academic year
AGU President Dr. Saad bin Saud Al Fuhaid reaffirmed the university’s dedication to drawing top graduate students by offering an innovative and engaging academic environment. He highlighted the university’s commitment to providing cutting-edge programs that satisfy global standards, tackle the Gulf countries’ sustainable development concerns, and stay up to date with contemporary developments in management, education, technology, and medical sciences. The goal of this commitment is to build leaders and competent professionals who can have a long-lasting impact on intellectual growth.
A PhD in Gifted Education, a PhD in Learning and Developmental Disabilities (Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disability, Autism), a PhD in Innovation Management, an MSc in Technology and Innovation Management, an MSc in Gifted Education, and an MSc in Learning and Developmental Disabilities are just a few of the master’s and doctoral programs offered by the College of Education, Administrative and Technical Sciences.
It is important to note that the Council for the Accreditation of Educators (CAEP) in the United States has approved the PhD and MSc programs in gifted education as well as the MSc program in learning and developmental disabilities.
A Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specializations in Public-Private Partnerships and Facilities Management, an MSc in Digital Education, an MSc in Next Generation Computing (with a focus on AI and Network-based approaches to Cybersecurity), and an MSc in Natural Resources and Environment (with a focus on Water Resources Management, Environmental Management, Desert Farming, and Soilless Agriculture) are among the other programs. A PhD in Molecular Medicine (with a focus on Biochemical Genetics, Immunology, Medical Genetics, Cytogenetics, and Nanomedicine), an MSc in Laboratory Medicine (Microbiology and Immunology, Pathology, Haematology, and Clinical Chemistry), an MSc in Molecular Medicine (Nanomedicine, Molecular Genetics, and Molecular Immunology), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research are just a number of advanced graduate programs in medical and health-related fields.
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of “Very Good” and a minimum grade of “Good” for the Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research are prerequisites for admission to master’s and PhD programs. In accordance with the scores required for each program, applicants must additionally pass the TOEFL or IELTS exam, or its equivalent, in order to meet the English language competence criteria. Candidates must also complete any additional exams or requirements set forth by the program, as well as a personal interview.
It is anticipated that interviews will start on May 4 and that final acceptance announcements will be made on June 18.
