Manama, April 20 (BNA): BHB, an exchange licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), announced the launch of BHB’s Listing Gateway Platform, an online portal intended to expedite the filing of listing applications, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the Capital Market in the Kingdom of Bahrain. In keeping with BHB’s digital transformation initiative, the Listing Gateway platform will completely replace the existing submission procedure.

Issuers will be able to submit their listing applications for review to BHB in a streamlined and user-friendly manner thanks to the Listing Gateway, which will provide a more effective, secure, and transparent procedure. All market players should have a smooth experience thanks to the platform.
In order to provide Issuers with a simple submission process and improved visibility into the progress of their applications, the digital platform has been built with an intuitive and clear interface. This project demonstrates BHB’s dedication to operational efficiency and innovation and is another important step in the company’s efforts to promote digitization in the financial sector.
The creation of the platform, according to Shaikha Al Zayani, Senior Director of Listing and Disclosure, is another step in BHB’s ongoing efforts to undergo digital transformation. She added that the Listing Gateway will improve efficiency and transparency in the submission of listing applications, guaranteeing a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for all stakeholders.
The goal of introducing this platform is to provide issuers with a seamless experience while fostering confidence and resilience within Bahrain’s capital market, she continued, adding that this initiative reflects the commitment to leveraging technology to broaden market accessibility and enable issuers to comply with regulatory requirements more efficiently.
