Manama, July 3 (BNA): Following the discovery of infractions pertaining to non-compliance with contractual obligations towards clients, the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) declared the closure of a tourism office. In compliance with the relevant laws regulating tourism in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the authorities also took the required administrative actions.

According to the authority, the action is a part of its efforts to preserve service quality, control the tourism industry, and make sure tourism offices adhere to authorized regulations and requirements in accordance with the relevant legal procedures.

In order to improve professional and contractual compliance, safeguard clients’ rights, and guarantee the provision of tourism services in line with the highest standards of quality and dependability, BTEA reaffirmed its commitment to bolstering oversight of tourism offices and establishments.
