Manama, June 15 (BNA): The Human Resources Directorate won the Global Continual Improvement Award 2025 in the “Happiness and Engagement” category, given by the Dubai Quality Group in the United Arab Emirates. Major-General Adel Abdullah Ameen, Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, presented the award to Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior.

The Undersecretary praised the work that went into getting the prize. The accomplishment, he said, is a reflection of the Ministry of Interior’s success in fostering an institutional excellence culture and implementing best administrative practices that promote a productive workplace and sustainable التنمية.
According to Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman, the accomplishment is a reflection of the vision and directives of Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, which are to invest in human capital and develop the workplace in order to improve institutional performance and efficiency and support continuous modernization and development across the ministry’s sectors.
Major-General Ameen stated that the Human Resources Directorate’s efforts to implement development initiatives and specialized programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and fostering a culture of participation and innovation, with a positive impact on institutional performance and the quality of services provided, are recognized by the award.
He pointed out that the accomplishment was made possible by the Chief of Police’s support, the Minister of Interior’s directives, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing oversight, all of which helped to foster a culture of continuous improvement and motivate staff to attain excellence and high levels of institutional performance.
