Manama, February 3 (BNA): Usman Ahmed, Group Chief Executive Officer of the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), presented a check to Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs at the Court of the Crown Prince and Board Member and Head of the Financial and Administrative Committee of the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Programme (CPISP) on behalf of the Program.
NBB continues its support of CPISP
The gathering comes after NBB continues to help Bahraini youth as part of the CPISP’s platinum sponsor status.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa highlighted the unwavering support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the Kingdom’s youth by investing in their education, which in turn provides them with the skills needed for the labour market needs, and provides them with opportunities to foster a progressive future which benefits all.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa thanked the NBB for its continued support and generous contributions to CPISP. He noted that the support received by sponsors has greatly contributed to CPISP’s achievements and objectives, which are aimed at developing the talents and abilities of outstanding Bahraini.
Usman Ahmed, for his part, stated that HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister still funds training and educational initiatives meant to nurture young people and bolster Bahraini potential. He pointed out that NBB’s involvement in the CPISP demonstrates its dedication to promoting educational and development programs that provide doors for upcoming national leaders.
