Kuwait, Jan. 27 (BNA): After defeating Japan 35–25 in the semi-final, the Bahrain national handball team advanced to the final of the 22nd Asian Handball Championship 2026, which will take place in the State of Kuwait and serve as a qualifier for the 2027 World Cup in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Bahrain had a 17–14 advantage at the break, but they extended it in the second half to win by 10 goals, demonstrating their command of the game.
