Manama, Dec. 4 (BNA): In front of Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, and Nabeel bin Yacoub Al Hamer, Advisor to His Majesty the King for Media Affairs, the “Bahrain Choir” gave its debut performance as part of the Celebrate Bahrain Festival at the Heritage Village. Ministers, authorities, and invited visitors also attended the ceremony.
Bahrain Choir delivers inaugural performance at Celebrate Bahrain Festival
The Minister of Information emphasized the importance of the arts and culture in maintaining Bahrain’s cultural legacy and presenting its true nature on this particular occasion. According to him, cultural projects are a powerful way to reinforce the bonds between generations and showcase Bahrain’s rich civilizational heritage to larger audiences.
According to Dr. Al Noaimi, national cultural initiatives, such as the Bahrain Choir, offer a crucial stage for showcasing Bahraini innovation in a modern style that can be seen by both domestic and foreign audiences. According to him, these initiatives strengthen Bahrain’s cultural influence both locally and globally.
The project, the minister continued, is in line with the initiatives started under “Youth City 2030” and represents the ministry’s efforts to support national talent by offering creative platforms that allow young Bahrainis to exhibit their artistic abilities and contribute to the cultural and artistic landscape of the Kingdom. He praised the choir’s performance for expressing pride in Bahrain’s heritage and national identity.
The Bahrain Choir is a national musical initiative that aims to showcase Bahrain‘s cultural identity through group performances that unite up-and-coming voices and provide them the chance to showcase sophisticated artwork with roots in the Kingdom’s history.
The choir is showcasing a number of its first performances at the Celebrate Bahrain Festival in the Heritage Village. These performances offer audiences works that are influenced by both modern and traditional artistic expression, demonstrating the ongoing influence of Bahraini heritage in the nation’s creative landscape.
