Manama, Nov. 28 (BNA): The first event of the Arabian Horse Beauty Committee of the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) for the 2025–2026 season was the Bahrain National Arabian Horse Beauty Championship, which began at the Military Sports Union arena at the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club in Al Raffah.

Yearling fillies (categories A and B), junior fillies (categories A and B), and mares (categories A and B) all had qualifying and final rounds on the first day. Five judges, two arena directors authorized by the European organization, and five members of the disciplinary committee oversaw the competitions.
His Highness According to BREEF President Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Federation still supports Arabian horse beauty pageants as a significant aspect of Bahrain’s cultural legacy. He pointed out that Bahrain’s status as a reputable hub for Arabian horse breeding in the area and the long-standing public interest in purebred Arabian horses are reflected in the tournament.
HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah praised the Arabian Horse Beauty Committee Chairperson and members’ efforts in getting ready for the season, pointing out their commitment to the growth of equestrian sport and motivating stables and owners to promote regional breeding.
His Highness also emphasized the media’s role in reporting on equestrian events and aiding in the promotion of the sport.

Ghaliya Al Haram, owned by Al Haram Stud, won gold in the yearling fillies category; Anwar Al Harm, also owned by Al Haram Stud, won silver; and Fareeda Al Raheel, owned by Al Raheel Stud, won bronze.
Aalia Al Haddar, owned by Al Hayat Stud, won gold in the junior fillies division; Manayer, owned by Fadhel Haider, won silver; and Aali Queen Victoria, owned by Zouheir Hawilo, won bronze.
In the mares division, Osama Al Haram’s Jihandra won gold, Dubai Arabian Stud’s De Asaliyah won silver, and Talal Fawzi Kanoo’s TFK Hala won bronze.
