Nov. 26, Manama (BNA): Her Highness In honor of Bahraini Women’s Day, Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa, Consort of His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust, attended the opening of an art exhibition hosted by the Children and Mothers Welfare Society in association with Bahrain Gallery. Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), sponsored the show.

The exhibition, which runs through December 3, honors Bahraini women artists whose creations showcase their uniqueness, inventiveness, and inventive viewpoints. In keeping with the subject of Bahraini Women’s Day in 2025—”Bahraini Women: Distinction, Creativity, Innovation”—the exhibition showcases the achievements and artistic abilities of Bahraini women.
Her Highness Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah conveyed her gratitude to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim for her unwavering support of programs that emphasize the innovative role of women in Bahraini society.
Her Highness expressed her delight in the excellent quality of the artwork displayed, noting that occasions such as this exhibition demonstrate the active contributions of Bahraini women to the Kingdom’s cultural and artistic landscape.
HH Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah affirmed that Bahrain‘s support for women, culture, and the arts is reflected in the country’s thriving artistic movement, pointing out that Bahrain continues to act as a breeding ground for female talent and creativity, which are essential to the Kingdom’s artistic identity.
Her Highness went on to say that Bahraini Women’s Day is a significant yearly occasion to celebrate the accomplishments of Bahraini women, whose contributions are still growing, stressing that exhibitions like this one illustrate their outstanding role in a variety of creative disciplines.
According to Shaikha Hind bint Salman Al Khalifa, President of the Children and Mothers Welfare Society, Bahraini Women’s Day is an important national holiday that honors the accomplishments of women under the unwavering support of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, a prominent supporter of women’s empowerment in all spheres of life.
Shaikha Hind bint Salman continued, “The Society is happy to work with Bahrain Gallery to host an exhibition that reflects Bahraini women’s strong presence in the Kingdom’s cultural and artistic scene and embodies their spirit of creativity and innovation.”
The show, according to the president of the Children and Mothers Welfare Society, is more than just a collection of visual art; rather, it is a colorful canvas that expresses the artistic and intellectual vision of Bahraini women, embracing modernity while staying true to Bahrain’s true identity.
Shaikha Hind bint Salman emphasized that by fusing tradition with modern ideas, the artworks depict the journey of Bahraini women. She thanked all of the participating artists and reaffirmed that every Bahraini woman finds inspiration and pride in them.
