Bahrain ranks second in the Gulf after Qatar, third in the Arab world, and tenth in Asia, indicating the sport’s ongoing expansion in the Kingdom.

The accomplishment comes after Bahrain’s silver medal in the 3rd Asian Youth Games, which highlighted the players’ outstanding play and the efforts of the Bahrain Basketball Association (BBA) to promote the sport.

Through participation in international competitions like the FIBA 3×3 World Tour “Masters” and “Challenger” series, holding recognized local tournaments, and assisting talented players to solidify Bahrain’s international reputation, the BBA continues to carry out a complete development strategy.

For the third year in a row, Bahrain’s Al Riffa and Al Seef teams will compete in the FIBA 3×3 World Tour “Masters” final stop in Manama in November.

Additionally, new 3×3 basketball courts constructed to international standards have been erected by the BBA in collaboration with Marassi Galleria Bahrain.
