According to Minister Al Rumaihi, the agreement would improve collaboration, facilitate the sharing of knowledge, and capitalize on Jordan’s sophisticated housing experience. This is in line with Bahrain’s ambitions to develop urban areas and infrastructure, as well as to enhance housing services, she continued.

She pointed out that the project is special and that the team is eager to finish the first stage so that they can assess and use the successful outcomes in further stages.
Minister Saman said he was proud to have signed the deal with Bahrain. He praised Bahrain’s expanding urban development, especially in the area of social housing, which reflects the government’s continuous efforts to enhance the welfare of its residents.
Minister Al Rumaihi also traveled to Jordan’s historic city of Salt. She went over development and restoration initiatives aimed at protecting the city’s historic structures and cultural character. She pointed out that the city’s heritage preservation and the Muharraq project have comparable objectives and advancements.
