The updated service boasts a refined interface and enhanced user experience, streamlined processes, and consolidated service information across all platforms, which makes the service more accessible and enhances the overall experience for beneficiaries.

Ahmed Ibrahim Al Arabi, the Executive Vice President for Services and Business at LMRA, stated that the enhancement of the service demonstrates the Authority’s dedication to consistently improving its offerings and utilizing digital technologies to boost efficiency and accessibility, ensuring a more straightforward and seamless experience for beneficiaries.

He further mentioned that this service allows registered workers to directly view their work permit information and verify its status and validity, which makes it easier to access information pertaining to their permits and supports LMRA’s aim to deliver more efficient and effective digital services that cater to the needs of beneficiaries.

In an ongoing initiative to enhance and innovate government services, over 1,300 government services have been recorded, translated, and made public, with 800 services currently being improved and revamped across different government sectors. These initiatives stemmed from suggestions and feedback gathered through the National Suggestions and Complaints System “Tawasul,” insights from investors, and evaluations from mystery shoppers assessing government services. Additionally, the rollout of service guides and Service Level Agreements has supported more streamlined procedures, better service quality, improved experiences for beneficiaries, and the progress of government digital transformation.
