Guards Training School joins Tawasul system
In order to improve the quality of services offered, the Guards Training School confirmed that licensed private security and guard firms, their staff, and civil entities offering private security services can use the Tawasul system and app to submit their suggestions, questions, and observations about private security and guarding services.
They emphasized their dedication to providing top-notch training to their employees, guaranteeing seamless engagement with a range of public proposals and inquiries via the Tawasul system and app, which signifies a significant improvement in time and effort savings, guaranteeing service quality, and accelerating response times.
The National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) was introduced in 2014 with the goal of improving the performance of government agencies by offering everyone access to high-quality services, allowing people to take part in the development and decision-making process, guaranteeing equality and fairness in the handling of different cases, and standardizing the government’s approach to feedback.
To improve the system’s ability to handle a variety of submitted situations, the Tawasul app was introduced in 2016. The Tawasul app offers a number of services, including the GPS-enabled “Fix2Go” service, the ability to submit documents using mobile phone features, and the ability to take advantage of most smart device capabilities.
There are currently 61 government entities that have joined the Tawasul system.
