October 1, Manama (BNA): The names of individuals chosen for the Central Bank of Bahrain’s (CBB) Graduate Development Programme “GP15,” which aims to develop future leaders, improve their abilities, and provide them the ability to compete both domestically and globally, were revealed.
CBB announces selected candidates for Graduate Development Programme “GP15”
The program attracted a lot of attention, and 15 exceptional Bahraini graduates who had earned bachelor’s degrees in a variety of academic fields over the previous two years from Bahraini and international colleges were selected. Applicants had to have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25.
As part of its commitment to choosing and preparing the greatest talent for participation in the program, CBB confirmed that all applicants went through a thorough assessment process that included aptitude testing and in-person interviews.
The CBB’s governor, Khalid Ibrahim Humaidan, was present on the first day along with other high-ranking officials. The program’s framework, which provides a six-month training opportunity across CBB departments, was explained to the participants along with an overview of the Bank’s operations. It entails taking part in workshops, field trips, and professional projects aimed at enhancing analytical abilities, financial literacy, and comprehension of banking tactics.
CBB’s Director of Human Resources and Program Director, Fatima Mohammed Ali, congratulated the chosen participants and stated that the program’s goal is to increase learning and professional development possibilities while giving graduates specialized knowledge in the financial services industry. As the program’s first iteration, she continued, its goal is to develop a robust pool of skilled national talent to support the sector’s future.
The following graduates were chosen: Yousif Khalid Turk, Noor Muneer Ali, Nouf Nayef Al Nasser, Fajr Yahya Hassan, Fahad Mohammed Al Fardan, Mohammed Isa Haidar, Jannah Ashraf Rifai, Khalid Isa Al Kooheji, Dana Nabeel Kamal, Rania Moumen Al Rifai, Sayed Abdulla Ahmed Hashim, Sadiq Jaafar Mohammed, Aalya Kifah Al Baqali, Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Doseri, and Abdulla Mohammed Al Jamea.
The introduction of GP15 is in line with CBB’s initiatives to support the nation’s development by empowering young talent. In order to enhance economic growth and solidify Bahrain’s position as a preeminent financial hub, it also represents the Bank’s aims of encouraging innovation, assisting with digital transformation, and developing promising human resources.
