The combination of seminars and sessions creates an engaged environment that improves both professional and personal development, according to Nani Mohammed Butti, Assistant Undersecretary for Support and Initiatives at the Ministry of Youth Affairs.

The program’s varied schedule focuses on Gulf youth networking, wellbeing, and mindful leadership. Sessions on stress management, the influence of emotions on decision-making, and an interactive activity at Souq Al Baraha were all part of the first day.

Sessions on good human attributes, young wellbeing issues, and the relationship between the mind and body are covered in the second day’s scientific and psychological aspects of wellbeing, which are followed by recreational and health-related activities at Bahrain Bay Beach.

Participants will attend workshops on art-based expression for wellbeing and a debate on sustainable youth wellbeing at the Muharraq Model Youth Center on the third day.
