Manama, Nov. 16 (BNA): Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), confirmed that the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to promote an innovative culture throughout the public sector and advance administrative development are reflected in Bahrain’s successful hosting of the joint Administrative Future Ruathon in collaboration with the Saudi Institute of Public Administration.

She pointed out that planning this unique event demonstrates IPA’s dedication to promoting innovation-driven administrative change, encouraging original thought, and facilitating the sharing of knowledge to assist the development of national leadership. She also praised the solid collaboration with the Saudi Institute of Public Administration and its noteworthy contribution to enhancing knowledge sharing across a range of public administration fields.

The Director General of the Saudi Institute of Public Administration, Dr. Bandar bin Asaad Al Sajan, commended the continued cooperation with IPA and called the Administrative Future Ruathon an encouraging example of Gulf cooperation in improving government performance.

He emphasized that the program encourages the sharing of administrative expertise and best practices, creates an atmosphere that is favorable to institutional innovation, and helps to create innovative solutions that further the common goals of both countries.

Officials, participants, and specialists attended the conclusion ceremony and praised the Ruathon’s excellent organization and productivity. They emphasized how crucial it is to keep up these cooperative efforts in order to promote Gulf cooperation in the area of public administration.

Trainers, competitors, and the winning teams were recognized at the end of the event.

The “Talent Radar Platform” concept, which won first place, suggested an integrated system for creating and managing talent in the public sector.

The “Integrated Umrah Experience” idea, which came in second, aimed to improve the pilgrimage experience on the Nusuk platform by include historical and cultural locations in its packages.

The “Unified Business Intelligence Platform” concept, which came in third, offered a unified AI-supported system designed to increase the effectiveness of government resource management and facilitate quick, well-informed decision-making.
