Manama, Nov. 11 (BNA): Colonel Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Director of Joint Operations, received Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).
Commander-in-Chief receives senior officers on their royal promotions
Additionally, Lieutenant Colonel Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa of the Special Battalion /83 and Colonel Shaikh Ahmed bin Salman Al Khalifa of the Royal Mechanized Infantry Battalion /1 were presented to the Commander-in-Chief.
The meetings took place in response to a royal decree that gave them promotions from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed wished the officers great success in serving the Kingdom and congratulated them on the royal confidence.
