Nov. 9, Manama (BNA): The second phase of the Avenues-Bahrain extension project, sponsored by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, was officially opened today.

The Avenues – Bahrain extension project’s second phase doubles the mall’s overall leasable area to 80,000 square meters by adding 40,000 square meters of new leasable space. This represents an improvement in the size and variety of the mall’s amenities. 244 retail stores and additional entertainment spaces, such as a supermarket and an ice rink, are part of the expansion.
An underground parking structure that can accommodate about 1,300 cars is another feature of the development. The Forum, Grand Plaza, Electra, and The Souk are just a few of the unique sections of the western addition that showcase modern designs and provide guests a full range of retail and entertainment options. In addition, the Corniche has been enlarged by 600 meters, making it 1.3 kilometers long overall.
