Manama, Oct. 26 (BNA): The Ministry of Social Development and Apparel Group inked a collaboration agreement to give special discounts and advantages in specific clothing stores around the Kingdom of Bahrain to people of determination who possess a smart card bearing the People of Determination icon.

This program is a component of activities to support social empowerment programs for different societal sectors and to fortify community partnerships.
In order to improve the quality of the Ministry’s developmental services and demonstrate its dedication to social protection and care, Ziyad Adel Darwish, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development, emphasized the significance of fortifying community partnerships and extending collaboration with diverse sectors.
The deal, according to Apparel Group CEO Neeraj Tekchandani, reflects the company’s dedication to social responsibility and support for national programs that help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. He pointed out that the agreement embodies the group’s mission to advance community development and foster social harmony.
