August 30, Manama (BNA): In order to introduce home finance choices and offer consultations to the public, the Ministry of home and Urban Planning, in collaboration with Eskan Bank, will set up a mobile housing finance branch at City Centre Bahrain, Gate 1, between September 3 and 7, 2025, between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.

The project, which is currently in its fourth edition, aims to increase public awareness of housing finance services as quick options that assist residents in choosing housing and financing options that meet their needs, according to Haitham Mohammed Kamal, the ministry’s director of communications. He pointed out that the branch provided direct consultations and prompt answers to residents’ questions in past editions, which had witnessed high participation.
In collaboration with other ministries, organizations, businesses, and Council of Representatives members, he noted, the ministry continues to raise awareness of its services through housing finance exhibitions, the Social Housing Innovation Conference and Exhibition, and awareness lectures.
Along with social housing developments provided under the Government Land Rights Development Program, the effort will also showcase financing alternatives using the Digital “Baity” financial calculator, according to Khalid Ahmed Al Khaja, Senior Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Eskan Bank.
He clarified that approximately 13,000 properties that are compatible with the “Tas’heel +” and “Tas’heel” programs, as well as the updated Mazaya program, are available to Bahraini citizens through the “Bayti” platform. These properties include apartments, plots, and units. Additionally, the platform offers sophisticated visual capabilities for viewing developer property specifics.
