Manama, Sep. 13 (BNA): Employers can now change authorized individuals’ permissions to enter data, submit applications, pay invoices, print work permits, or perform both tasks within a single working day thanks to a new digital tool created by the Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA).

In addition to streamlining the user interface and experience, adding electronic forms, and standardizing the service information published across all channels, the service has been totally digitized, resulting in a 50% reduction in the number of required papers.
The service is a component of LMRA‘s efforts to implement cutting-edge digital solutions that improve the effectiveness and caliber of services and give beneficiaries a more straightforward and understandable digital experience, according to Ahmed Ebrahim Al Arabi, Deputy CEO for Operations and Services.
The service, he continued, is a reflection of LMRA’s efforts to improve the efficiency of the labor market system, lessen the time and effort needed by businesses, and develop its offerings.
Over 1,300 government services have been recorded, translated, and published as part of continuous government efforts to develop and re-engineer government services; approximately 800 services are currently undergoing development and re-engineering across several government sectors.
The National System for Suggestions and Complaints, Tawasul, investor feedback, secret shopper surveys assessing government services, the introduction of guidance manuals, and service level agreements serve as the foundation for this.
These initiatives enhance the government’s digital transformation process, strengthen beneficiary experiences, improve procedural efficiency, and improve service quality.
