The Ministry of Education streamlined certificate attestation and equivalency services for graduates of private schools by cutting processing time and incorporating QR code verification, while the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments implemented a quicker check collection procedure.

While the University of Bahrain digitized the academic program selection process for students who failed admission tests, the Survey and Land Registration Bureau expedited its marine survey request service and implemented automated application tracking.

By reducing service delivery times by at least 25%, restricting applications to no more than four steps, halving the number of documents and webpages required to access services, and enhancing user experience through streamlined processes, electronic application forms, and standardized service information across government channels, the service enhancements brought about a complete digital transition.
