Manama, March 17 (BNA): Iran’s threats to block international navigation in the Strait of Hormuz have deeply alarmed Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Such acts are regarded as a dangerous escalation that jeopardizes regional stability and global peace, violate international law and the law of the sea, and seriously jeopardize maritime security in the Gulf region. Bahrain expresses deep concern over Iranian threats to close the Strait of Hormuz
The Ministry emphasized how crucial it is to protect international trade, energy supplies, and international navigation across the Bab Al Mandab and Strait of Hormuz.
