Manama, Feb. 18 (BNA): Professor Dr. Abdulla Al Hawaj, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ahlia University, and Professor Mansoor Alaali, President of Ahlia University, were received by Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF).

Her Highness’s continued dedication to empowering youth and cultivating strategic partnerships with universities was emphasized at the meeting.
Her Highness was given a copy of Professor Al Aali’s book, Artificial Minds & Digital Souls, which examines how artificial intelligence is developing, where it is headed, and how it will affect human civilization in the face of rapid technological advancement and digital transformation. Growing interest in technology and innovation as major forces behind future development is reflected in the publication.
Additionally, the Foundation‘s affiliates informed Her Highness on a variety of projects and initiatives. A recipient of the Rayaat Scholarship Program, Yaqoob Bu Kamal, displayed an artwork named “Bahraini Pearl” that highlighted the pearls’ symbolic and historical significance in forming Bahrain’s national identity. The article affirms that the country’s true wealth lies in its enduring values and heritage by providing a thoughtful comparison between the material value of pearls as a historical pillar of the Kingdom’s economy and the deeper moral and cultural values rooted in the collective memory of the Bahraini people.
A graduate of the Foundation’s youth programs, Rashid Al Subaie, showcased his “Medical Assistant” concept, a cutting-edge technological solution intended to assist patients in hospital wards. The idea includes a smart robot that can dispense prescribed medication and keep an eye on patients’ temperature and vital signs via a system that is directly connected to the attending physician. Enhancing healthcare efficiency and giving medical personnel more assistance are the goals of the effort.
Her Highness praised the Foundation’s affiliates’ inventiveness, ambition, and initiative while expressing delight in their noteworthy achievements in a variety of sectors.
Her Highness also praised the Foundation’s positive collaborations with academic institutions and universities, highlighting the importance of private-academic cooperation in promoting the academic and professional growth of young people and empowering them to make significant contributions to the Kingdom’s sustainable development.
