August 20, Manama (BNA): Professor Marike Paulsson, Secretary General of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Council for International Dispute Resolution, was met by Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information.
Information Minister receives Secretary General for Council for International Dispute Resolution
The council’s contribution to strengthening Bahrain’s standing as a preeminent hub for the amicable resolution of global business conflicts through conciliation, arbitration, and mediation was praised by the information minister. In keeping with the Kingdom’s strategy for advancing the ideals of justice and peace, he claimed that this is a qualitative contribution that improves the legal and economic framework fostering investment and development.
The council’s presence in Bahrain, according to Dr. Al Noaimi, is a reflection of the growing international trust in the kingdom’s capacity to serve as a reliable forum for settling regional and global conflicts in this area, improving the business environment and advancing sustainable development objectives.
Professor Paulsson, for her part, said Bahrain is proud of its contribution to the development of international dispute resolution procedures and is dedicated to assisting initiatives that seek to strengthen the fundamentals of justice, peace, and stability on a regional and global scale.
