Manama, Aug. 22 (BNA): Minister of Youth Affairs Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi visited Youth City 2030 with a Kurdistan Foundation group, where she examined its facilities and programs.

The initiative’s significance as a trailblazing regional platform for empowering youth with leadership, entrepreneurial, and creative skills was emphasized by the minister during the tour, who also noted the initiative’s continued high level of international attention. She emphasized that this shows how well Bahrain’s youth development programs work and how the Kingdom is seen as an inspirational role model in this area.

The city’s specialized centers, which include those devoted to leadership and entrepreneurship, science and technology, arts and culture, health and sports, media and entertainment, and more, were explained to the visiting group, which was led by Dr. Yara Barzanji, Director General of the Foundation. They also saw several cutting-edge initiatives in volunteerism and youth entrepreneurship.

Youth City 2030 is an excellent effort that makes a significant contribution to preparing the next generation for the future, according to Dr. Barzanji. She conveyed the Kurdistan Foundation‘s desire to expand on this visit by establishing stronger knowledge-sharing possibilities and deeper collaborations with Bahrain in the field of youth development.
