In addition to offering advice and consultations, the program seeks to educate residents about housing options and solutions.

According to the government, the project is a part of the ongoing “Tomooh” Program and the launch of three new digital services on the “Baity” real estate platform. Direct communication with citizens will be made possible by the event in order to answer their questions about how to take use of the new services and to give information. Additionally, it will provide prompt, on-site consultations and explanations of the terms and requirements associated with home finance programs.

The ministry further stated that the program provides an additional government-subsidized loan of BHD 20,000 to assist recipients of “Tas’heel” and “Tas’heel +” financing schemes, as well as prior recipients of housing purchase loans, in order to assist them in moving to a larger property.

In order to expedite the process for residents looking for housing finance options, Eskan Bank emphasized the significance of educating the public about the new digital services made available through the “Baity” platform. The integrated electronic system helps expedite processes and improve service quality and efficiency by providing current information on application progress and the pertinent authority at each stage.
