September 16, Manama (BNA): To commemorate the official launch of the Al Jasra Interchange Development Project, Prime Minister’s Court Minister His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa paid a visit today.

Under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Highness stated that infrastructure projects continue to be a top priority for the Kingdom of Bahrain because they are essential to promoting sustainable development, boosting the Kingdom’s economic growth and competitiveness, and advancing its overall development.
His Majesty The Kingdom of Bahrain is moving forward with the implementation of development programs meant to improve all sectors and raise the standard of government services, according to Shaikh Isa bin Salman.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has made it clear that the government is committed to strengthening all sectors in support of the Kingdom’s long-term development goals. This is reflected in the delivery of strategic infrastructure projects that adhere to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
His Majesty One of the main road network development projects meant to improve traffic flow throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain, Shaikh Isa bin Salman praised the work of the Ministry of Works’ national workforce as well as the efforts of all pertinent authorities who managed the project’s completion.
His Highness added that Team Bahrain’s tenacity is driving significant advancements in the execution of government projects and programs. These projects, according to HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman, are intended to boost Bahrain’s competitiveness, draw in high-caliber investments, and encourage comprehensive development programs that boost the country’s economy and offer bright prospects to its people.
His Excellency Engineer Ibrahim bin Hassan Al-Hawaj, Minister of Works, for his part, conveyed his appreciation for His Highness’ visit to commemorate the interchange’s opening, which demonstrates the government’s commitment to building the Kingdom’s infrastructure.
In accordance with the Kingdom’s comprehensive development goals, which are headed by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and backed by the orders of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Excellency said the project is a part of the Ministry’s efforts to develop Bahrain‘s infrastructure and meet the demands of urban growth.
Developing the entrances to Salman City and the surrounding districts, as well as creating a high-quality, safe road network that guarantees efficient traffic flow, are the goals of the Al Jasra Interchange Development Project. With the 884-meter extension, the intersection’s capacity will rise by 33% to accommodate 57,000 vehicles daily.
