Manama, Jan. 8 (BNA): As part of her continuous visits to tourism and entertainment events occurring throughout the Kingdom during the fourth edition of the Celebrate Bahrain Season 2025, Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi, Minister of Tourism and Chairperson of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), attended the Wen w Bkm Festival held at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) in Zallaq.

She went over the festival’s offerings, which include dining, shopping, and family entertainment, while she was there. More than 160 outlets from both inside and outside Bahrain are represented during the festival, including GCC participants, Bahraini small enterprises, and successful families.
According to Minister Al Sairafi, the event gives local companies and successful families a stage on which to promote national initiatives and entrepreneurs. She pointed out how it has evolved over the last six years from a local event to a festival that draws participation throughout the Gulf, adding to the variety of Bahrain’s tourism offerings and enhancing the Kingdom’s standing as a family-friendly travel destination.
The festival’s hosting at BIC, she continued, demonstrates the efficient use of national venues to support tourism events and offer visitors an integrated experience, emphasizing the role of contemporary infrastructure in supporting the tourism industry and year-round activities.
The festival’s organizers thanked the minister for coming and praised the Ministry of tourist and the BTEA for organizing and supporting tourist and entertainment events, as well as for creating a favorable atmosphere for both local and national initiatives.
