October 15, Manama (BNA): The Bahrain Golf Club in Riffa will host the opening of the National Guard Commander General His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa’s Golf Championship on Saturday. Over the course of two weeks, 70 players from various golf categories in the Kingdom of Bahrain will compete in the tournament, which is organized by the Bahrain Golf Club.

The tournament is a well-liked staple among golfers and one of the club’s major annual events. The new season, which consists of around 10 tournaments all year long, also begins on this day.
The Bahrain Golf Club’s president, Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, said the organization was proud to be hosting the competition in General His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa’s honor. According to him, the occasion is a beloved yearly custom for both the Kingdom’s golf enthusiasts and the club’s members.
The club’s new season, which includes regional tournaments and social events promoting the sport in Bahrain, begins with the championship, Al Nuaimi continued. He thanked His Highness the National Guard Commander for his continued support of golf in Bahrain and emphasized the club‘s dedication to improving players’ abilities and upholding the game’s high standards.
