The program, which is backed by Tamkeen’s Enterprise Training Support Program, is in line with its 2025 plan to increase Bahraini talent’s competitiveness and propel the private sector’s digital transformation.
The program seeks to improve both technical and creative abilities to stay up with technological progress and promote innovation within the company, according to Maram Buallay, Acting Group Chief Human Resources Officer at NBB.
Project management, data analytics, digital payments, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and automation are all covered in the seven-day course, which ends with a hackathon that encourages hands-on teamwork. Accredited certificates will be given to participants.
