Cairo, Feb. 2 (BNA): At the 14th Arab Sailing Championship, which took place in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the national sailing team of the Kingdom of Bahrain took home five gold.
Bahrain Sailing team wins five medals at 14th Arab Sailing Championship
Dawood Abdullah took home bronze in the open division and gold in the ILCA 6 Masters competition. Malak Al Doseri earned bronze in the ILCA 4 girls’ event, and Khalifa Duaij Al Doseri finished second in the ILCA 7 Under-19 race. In the ILCA 7 Masters, Abdulrahim Abdulla also took home the bronze.
136 sailors participated in the competition in a number of classes, including windsurfing, ILCA 6, ILCA 7, and ILCA 4.
