Manama, Jan. 24 (BNA): The Rayat Scholarship Program of the Al Mabarrah Al Khalifia Foundation held the “Rayat Al Watan” Forum at the Foundation’s headquarters in the presence of His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Southern Governor.

His Highness the Southern Governor took satisfaction in attending the national forum, highlighting the Southern Governorate’s ongoing dedication to assisting youngsters because of their crucial role in creating the present and influencing the future. He said that this strategy reflects the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the ongoing support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, through national initiatives in employment, education, and innovation, with the goal of enabling Bahraini youth to effectively contribute to comprehensive development.

His Highness praised the Al Mabarrah Al Khalifia Foundation’s status as a preeminent national organization in the Southern Governorate’s social and educational spheres. He emphasized the Board of Trustees Chairperson, Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, and the Foundation’s efforts to empower and encourage young people. He also applauded the Foundation’s headquarters opening, highlighting its contribution to capacity building and skill development.

General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, endorsed and upheld the Southern Governor’s emphasis on community collaboration and communication as fundamental tenets of the Ministry of Interior. He emphasized working with the Foundation to carry out a number of community projects, including as the Healthy Cities Program, which just earned the Southern Governorate recognition as a Healthy Governorate.

According to HH Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, the conference supports Bahrain’s goal of investing in human capital and empowering young people to actively participate in sustainable development. She clarified that the forum’s goal is to give young people useful knowledge and skills to improve their preparedness for the workforce.

The forum was intended for university students connected to the Al Mabarrah Al Khalifia Foundation as well as recent graduates looking for work. In addition to discussions with representatives of national organizations and businesses, it concentrated on career development, interview preparation, and labor market requirements through specialized workshops and training sessions.

Three primary topics were covered in the forum: developing future career pathways from planning to execution, practical job entry guidance, and artificial intelligence and its applications.
