Manama, Oct. 10 (BNA): During the 2025 UNESCO–King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Prize for the Use of ICT in Education event, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Education Minister, met with Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of UNESCO.

The Kingdom of Bahrain’s ambassador to France, Essam Abdulaziz Al Jassim, was present.
Ways to improve collaboration between UNESCO and the Ministry of Education were explored at the conference.
The development of the Regional Center for Information and Communication Technology and initiatives to promote the use of technology in education were also highlighted. The two parties also discussed programs to promote national and cultural identity and higher education initiatives, such as academic chairs.
