This cutting-edge service, she said, is in line with the vision of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, to record the accomplishments of Bahraini youth and highlight their success stories, adding to a national database that facilitates decision-making and expands opportunities for empowering young Bahrainis.

The Minister went on to say that the “Golden Meter” is a strategic tool that strengthens young people’s active involvement in national development efforts by giving them more chances to participate in developmental initiatives and demonstrate their abilities and skills.

Minister Tawfiqi urged all young people to sign up for the program and take use of its features, which enable them to create a thorough personal profile that showcases their accomplishments and increases their chances to participate in significant national programs and initiatives.

She emphasized that the Ministry’s introduction of cutting-edge digital services like the “Golden Meter” demonstrates its faith in Bahraini youth’s potential and its dedication to putting them at the center of decision-making, inspiring them to be creative and proactive for the good of the country’s present and future.

Each young person’s “Golden Meter” is a comprehensive digital profile that shows the points earned via an integrated scoring system and is displayed as a succinct electronic CV that gathers all of their accomplishments and participation in one location.

By keeping their data in the Ministry’s information system, the service seeks to encourage friendly competition and constructive engagement among young people, making it easier for the relevant departments to find competent applicants based on program requirements. All young people can register for the service and take advantage of its features via the Ministry of Youth Affairs’ website, www.mya.gov.bh.
