As part of efforts to strengthen their active engagement in national development, the Minister emphasized during the meeting at the Al Khalifia Library that the ministry prioritizes listening to young people’s opinions and fulfilling their dreams. She pointed out that a key component of the ministry’s job, which is carried out through its many programs, is creating an atmosphere that supports the identification, development, and investment of young people’s potential.

According to her, the Hadeeth initiative is an interactive platform that facilitates direct communication with young Bahrainis, involves them in determining the future, and gives them the chance to share their ideas and turn them into real projects that support and reflect their goals in a variety of fields.

The Minister also emphasized how crucial it is to help young architects advance their careers while they are in college, get them ready for the workforce, and support programs that increase their contribution to sustainable urban development.

The workshop included topics such as the development of professional skills throughout college, the entry into the workforce, job openings, and the future contribution of Bahraini architects to the Kingdom’s continuous progress.

The young architects conveyed their gratitude to the Minister for offering this forum for discussion, emphasizing their determination to gain from such programs, which boost their professional visibility and inspire them to contribute and invent for Bahrain’s benefit.

One of the Ministry of Youth Affairs’ signature initiatives, the Hadeeth project aims to increase youth involvement in formulating policies and programs and to promote a culture of communication and collaboration. 68 ideas and initiatives were presented at eight youth sessions in its first edition; some of these have already been put into action, while others were added to strategic plans to support potential young projects.
