Manama, Mar. 2 (BNA): The Southern Governorate has declared that the camping season will be suspended starting on March 2 and continuing until further notice due to the consequences and extraordinary circumstances resulting from the Iranian attack that targeted several locations, as well as in an effort to take all necessary steps to protect public security and safety.
Southern Governorate announces suspension of camping season
The governorate emphasized that this action is being carried out in compliance with the Ministry of Interior’s directions, pointing out that the removal of tents and related equipment has been scheduled for March 3–6. In order to maintain security and public safety, it also emphasized the significance of campers’ and desert tourists’ cooperation and their obedience to the official directives given in this respect.
