Manama, Nov. 14 (BNA): From November 15 to 20, 2025, the Kingdom of Bahrain will hold a regional training course for Special Olympics swimming instructors. With assistance from the Michael Phelps Foundation, Special Olympics Bahrain and the Regional Presidency for the Middle East and North Africa are organizing the event.

Through theoretical workshops, practical sessions, and knowledge-exchange activities overseen by worldwide specialists, the course seeks to improve coaching skills for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
According to Special Olympics Bahrain, the program’s hosting demonstrates the organization’s dedication to bolstering regional development projects and bolstering Bahrain’s position as a hub for sports training.
