The system, which is a component of Bahrain’s major national projects, allows private sector businesses to electronically process and record wage payments via safe banking channels, guaranteeing precision, openness, and conformity to global norms.

According to Minister Khalaf, the updated system gives special attention to safeguarding Bahraini employees and promoting a secure, fair workplace. Adopting cutting-edge digital solutions helps firms and employees maintain sustainable operations, improves job security, and offers trustworthy control of wage payments.

The Minister emphasized how closely the LMRA, BENEFIT, the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), and business sector partners collaborated to build the system. According to him, the project is an example of institutional cooperation that exemplifies Bahrain’s proactive approach to contemporary administration.

He pointed out that Bahrain’s position as a regional leader in labor market development and sustainable economic growth is strengthened by the updated Wage Protection System, which marks an important turning point in the improvement of human resource management in the private sector.
