The IPA’s Director General, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, stated that the institute’s dedication to providing top-notch leadership programs allowed it to fulfill all prerequisites for recognition as an internationally accredited center.
In order to promote administrative development both locally and globally through top-notch programs that adhere to international training standards, the Director General emphasized the significance of continuing to teach national leaders in the public and private sectors.
In accordance with Bahrain’s comprehensive development goals under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the orders of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa stated that IPA bases its programs and initiatives on scientific frameworks that give national leaders the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality public services.
The accreditation of the National Programme for Developing Governmental Leaders and other leadership tracks across various job levels will advance national initiatives focused on building institutional capacities in accordance with global standards, according to the Director General, who also stated that the agreement aims to improve cooperation and integration in training and program accreditation.
Accrediting specialized training certificates, according to Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa, further boosts confidence in program quality and alignment with international best practices.
