Manama, October 29 (BNA): In honor of the delegations competing in the 3rd Asian Youth Games, which the Kingdom is hosting till October 31st, the Ministry of Information sponsored a cultural reception, which Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, attended. The Ras Hayyan Heritage Village served as the venue for the event.

Dr. Al Noaimi confirmed that the occasion represents Bahrain’s commitment to turning its hosting of significant athletic events into a venue for promoting international cultural and civilizational exchange. In keeping with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the orders of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, he continued, it also seeks to strengthen the ties of friendship, coexistence, and tolerance among various cultures worldwide.
The minister emphasized that sport now serves as a crucial conduit for interpersonal relationships and a forum for upholding the principles of friendship, harmony, and understanding. Additionally, it fosters beneficial cross-cultural interactions and acts as a catalyst for improved communication between individuals and countries.
According to Dr. Al Noaimi, the selection of the history Village as the location for the Bahraini Cultural Night represents the Kingdom’s rich popular customs and deeply ingrained national history, which capture the essence of Bahrain and its ongoing human tale. The event, he continued, highlighted the genuine aspects of Bahraini culture as well as the Kingdom’s unique cultural and tourism resources, which make Bahrain a top location for events on the continent and outside.
Along with exhibitions of traditional crafts, the cultural event showcased a range of creative and heritage acts that showcased Bahrain’s rich cultural heritage and distinct identity, which skillfully combines modernity with authenticity.
The various creative and cultural performances that showcased Bahrain’s rich identity and genuine customs were praised by the participating Asian delegations for the Bahraini Cultural Night. They praised the gracious greeting and friendly hospitality they received, which exemplifies Bahraini society’s ideals.
