October 19, Manama (BNA): He Qi of the China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) and Zheng Zhongping, Vice General Manager of Leasing at Sinosure, were received by Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.

The progress of housing projects currently being carried out in collaboration between the two parties was discussed at the conference. This includes information about the Sitra Housing Project’s second and third phases.
With an emphasis on accelerating work on both stages to guarantee housing units are delivered to beneficiaries on time, it was confirmed that construction is proceeding in line with the agreed schedule.
Opportunities to improve collaboration on new housing developments under Bahrain‘s Government Land Development Rights Program were also discussed at the meeting.
The team emphasized how well they worked with the Ministry to complete the Sitra Housing Project and how eager they were to continue working together to offer social housing services in the Kingdom.
